I received the product, plugged in for about 6 hours, turn it on and got nothing on the screen. Just a black screen. I immediately tried to contact Tanga but with no success. Later I received an email saying they have received my email and will contact me soon. It has been. 24 hrs now still nothing. The products looks fine and honestly I was going to purchase 5 for my nephews but at this point, I'm scare.

Failed to start. Returned immediately but no replacement available. Refund was quick.
