The people who gave this pan a poor reviews should just stay out of the kitchen. This pan is fantastic! It's a stainless steel pan, not a non-stick pan. Many nonstick pans tend to have a coating which has chemicals that are harmful to humans. Anyone who has spent a good amount of time in a kitchen knows that stainless steel pans and cast iron pans require seasoning. You have to season the pan and that will help the pan to resist food sticking to it when cooking. The first thing I did when I purchase this pan was to wash it, let it dry thoroughly, and then season it using vegetable oil. It only took a few minutes. After the pan had cooled down I made a cheese omelette and it didn't stick. You shouldn't give something a poor review simply because you don't know how to use it and care for it properly.

So there is a right way to use this pan that I suspect people who have it low reviews are not doing. I cook eggs on the daily with this, as well as chicken, veggies and other items, and the only thing that has ever stuck is liquid egg whites. You have to heat the pan, I set my stove at 5 or 6 and put the pan on with nothing then start prepping, about 6-7 min later I do the water test, if it beads and glides it’s ready, if it just sizzles it’s not. Then and only then I add a little bit of oil, then the food. Let it cook a bit and it will just glide. The only thing I’ve had issues with is egg whites in a carton, for the life of me I can’t get those to not stick, but otherwise it’s such an easy pan to use and clean, and no worries about those non stick chemicals eventually wearing off and ingesting them.

I was drawn to the white with gold handles as it b my arches my decor but then I bought these and now I love them for how easy they are to use & clean!

I was not told I was being charged a few to return this item. This was a large order…..so what is the fee for? Why was it not eligible for in store return, you free shipping with $35 plus, then take it back? Customers need to be informed of a fee. This definitely reduces the chance I’ll be shopping at Target online or in the store….I already shop here less and less.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pain stained and burned the first use. It’s so gorgeous in person and I was expecting it to perform amazing but was so disappointed
