I got these because I liked the color, style & fit, then wore 'em at home first to make sure I'd like how they felt. I'm glad I did because they made my feet hot. There's NO WAY I'd be able to wear these for any length of time, so I'll be returning. It's the polyester knit lining (common in budget shoes). It DOES NOT BREATHE, so the heat gets trapped and doesn't release. I knew there was a reason why I don't but cheap shoes. I'd just forgotten, until I wore these for 10 minutes.
