The skirt is a crisp cotton but there also must be some other material as it has a slight stretch to it too. The black color, though basic, is perfect. I ordered a size six and found it a little bit big and could have gone down to a size four, most likely. The ring on the left side hip is an added detail. This skirt has a fun decorative bucks on the top left hip asking with a slit on the left side that goes from the knee down. It has a zipper and hook on the right hip. My aunt is five foot five and 150lbs and usually wears a size eight. She was able to squeeze into a size six in this skirt. This material is soft and doesn't attract static. I received an incentive to write this review.

This is a lovely and versatile skirt. I'm looking forward to wear it on vacation.

This skirt is beautiful and the fit is perfect! I wear a size 16 (curvy) and it fit perfectly. I will be definitely buying more of this collection
