This item was defective when I received it. The lid of the ottoman was slightly bent so it did not sit straight when it was closed. The shipping box was not damaged so I think it was sent out in that condition which is disappointing. I would have been very happy with the ottoman if it wasn't defective. Luckily we live very close to a Target store and it was easy to return so I would give Target a good rating on customer service.
