I had heard & read that the Medela Freestyle's "handsfree" feature/accessories is a joke, and it is. I was also told to get this bra if I truly wanted to pump hands free. HOLY COW, they were right!! After pumping for a couple weeks or so without this bra, once it came in I wanted to try it right away. I always had a hard time holding the shield on just right, and wondered if a bra would give me a good seal. This exceeded my expectations. I was able to get up off the couch and walk to my kitchen & fix a snack!

This bra is amazing and makes pumping so much more comfortable. It's so great to have my hands free during pumping! There is a velcro piece that is adjustable so you can get a perfect fit (I actually wish they made normal bras this way!) and the material is so soft. It comes with bra straps that can attach to either side of the bra so that you can start the zipper from the top (above your breasts) or bottom (below your breasts) depending on which way works best for you. This is a definite must have! Especially for when I return to work!

One of my favorite buys post-baby! Anyone who is planning on pumping long-term needs to buy one of these. It allows for hands-free pumping, keeps the flanges of your pump in place, and the sizing is easily adjustable. There are only 2 sizes - Target says it's medium, but it's XS-L with an adjustable back panel; and XL. I was a T-shirt size small pre-pregnancy and the XS-L size fit well.
