Damn at least you could have charged it halfway after you noticed where the product was going!! Most electronics come fully charged or have charged we just had a bad storm no power for 8 days so when I got my product I hope it would be of use but it was not!! It needed to be charged as well. Thanks a lot Tanga and that’s sarcasm!

When I ordered the product it said "open box" which I didn't worry to much about as I've been generally pleased with Tanga product. Unfortunately, the product arrived without the chord to recharge the battery or the attachment to fill up a tire. I sent a request to Tanga to return. They notified me they are considering my request. Disappointing.
