Pretty awesome to learn from Bill Nye in this way, it lets you flip to any of the 30 projects in the book and using your smart phone activates Bill to life and he starts teaching you science step-by-step. My nephews and nieces, of different ages, seem to love it. Best of all, they’re learning new things!

This is one of those “why didn’t I think of that” kind of products! Great pairing of a science icon like Bill now with an emerging trend like virtual reality! My sons been begging for a VR since last year and this seems to have cured it for $60 versus a fancy $400 headset (not to mention the educational value here)!!

We have 2 boys and of course love bill nye so this felt like a no brainer, I was a little worried about the vr aspect as we are trying to get away from screen time but this does a good job of pushing them to do the hands on things and build and grow experiments before letting them put the vr goggles back on and then even with that the vr stuff is short and sweet so they aren’t trapped behind the screen for long before coming back to learn another activity so we are super happy nice work bill!

I am a recently retired elementary teacher with 34 years of experience in the elementary classroom. My husband is a recently retired School Administrator with 36 years experience of teaching at all levels of education. We are both now providing daycare for our grandchildren and are always looking for fun and educational toys and activities for them. This is especially important during this pandemic and home schooling. Learning needs to continue to be fun, meaningful, and interactive. We are constantly researching STEM toys and was so excited to discover one that has Bill Nye involved. Our children and classroom students grew up with Bill Nye! We love that he is still involved with education. We especially love that this VR kit is easy to use (even for 2 senior citizens). It is interactive with meaningful experiments and projects and the materials (except for a few) are provided. We have even repeated some of them. One recommendation is that you review the materials list before attempting to begin a project.

Such a great addition to our children’s home learning during these times that kids are not attending in-person school. It is a fun and educational supplement to the science curriculum we use for home schooling. The easy to follow instructions and interactive VR make it so even our 8 year old can do many of the experiments by herself.

My 3rd grade son loooooves science and unfortunately with the virus science isn’t too exquisite for school virtually. So I thought I would get him this he has sooooo much fun and he’s learning at the same time ;) it’s a win win!
