We were so pleased when we received this backpack. Our son picked this out at a big box store and I did a quick search to see if it was available at a lower price. Tanga came up and although I never heard of this company, the backpack was almost 50% off the price. It came very fast and it's the same product. The only thing different was it was missing it's tags (our daughter got one from big box retailed recently and had tags which included a sticker). We're so pleased and will shop from Tanga again.

It is honestly the best bag I've ever own. The two big pockets regularly carried 4 or more college text books in one pocket and a 3XL sweater and jeans in the other. I've taken it camping in rain, snow, hail, dust and every other kind of weather and it always kept my stuff nice and dry. And now that it's finally started to wear out, jansport is replacing it free of charge.

Pretty and keeps me organized

My mom bought this backpack for me when I was in fifth grade, and now I'm going to be a junior in high school. This backpack has lasted me the entire time. Last year during school, I carried about 30+ pounds daily, and this bag held up perfectly. I've taken it to camps, to Hawaii, and it just returned with me from a month in Costa Rica. This is, without a doubt, the best backpack I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, after 6 tough years of lugging my junk around, I think I need a new backpack. But I do not doubt that this bag could continue working well for at least another year. (I just want to make sure that I don't completely wear it down because I want to continue to use it for lighter things. Also, from camping trips, it's starting to become slightly greyish and less periwinkleish.) If you are looking for a quality pack at a great price, this is perfect. The price is definitely more than the bags sold at Target and KMart at the beginning of school, but it provides years of quality performance. Thank you, Jansport, for a great bag and investment!

I purchased this bag right before I started 7th grade. I loved it from day one! It held six 1" binders, and 4-5 notebooks without a sweat. It has withstood daily wear for over 4 years and is still going strong! I honestly can't think of one negative thing to say about this bag.

I've had this backpack since I've started middle school and I'm almost done with high school and it still works perfect. I mean I hate my decision in the design because I just don't like the same things I used to like when I was eleven but the backpack is absolutely perfect. It withstands literally anything, lasts long, the straps are a life saver for textbooks, and it's perfect for literally any student.
