The truism "too good to be true" should be taught in elementary schools, and repeated mantra-like every morning. I naively purchased this set of lenses with the expectation that they might actually work despite of their low cost. Boy was I wrong. First... The lenses must be used only when the phone is laying flat, despite what the instructions claim. Follow the guidance of the promotional photo here: Notice the phone position? Notice the lens placement over the camera on the phone? Now... imagine you want to pick up the phone... Second... We're not talking 'Carl Zeiss' lenses here. They are plastic. They are not optical quality acrylic. There will be noticeable chromatic aberration, vignetting, and overall soft focus in all images. You will be underwhelmed. Third... The lenses are small and feather-light and come with no thought-out method of storage. You'll loose these things. But.. m'eh... you won't miss them. Save your money.
