The only nice thing I could say is that the shipping was fast, delievered after 3 days. I opened the shipping box and saw my order in a ZIPTIEDBAG, found it weird but didnt pay any mind. I opened the plastic bag and the Manscaped box was already opened, THE MANSCAPED MOWER AND CHARGING BASE WAS MISSING, ALL THAT WAS SHIPPED WAS THE CROP PRESERVER that WAS OPENED. I contacted customer support and got back from someone quick, I have to return the "order" to recieve a refund. FIRST TIME BUYER ON TANGA, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY TO CUT CORNERS ON CHEAPER PRICED ITEMS!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST

I got my 3.0 when it first came out never had a problem with it works great I like the led light it really helps see where your shaving especially in a area you need to know what your shaving

The easy to handle grip makes it much more convenient and safer to use in the shower. The different settings make it a breeze to use wherever needed. I’ve had this for about a year maybe more. My spouse and I both use this.. dry and wet, face, legs, arms, down there.. I like that it trims pretty short, I’ve never had any nicks, the led light is very handy also. Once in a blue moon it will stop charging and the base led will blink, so I unplug and plug back in and it starts working again.
