Have 2 dogs that shed a ton. This vacuum did a better job than ones I've used in the past at getting the hair out of our carpet. The brush roll didn't have any hair on it after either!

I've tried other cordless vacs before and was always disappointed. They either didn't have enough suction or were extremely loud with a high pitched whine. People that have owned them know exactly which brand I'm talking about. But this hoover has the right balance. Volume is pleasant, and the suction is surprisingly good. Had it for about a week and bought another one. I think that says it all.

I have an earlier version of this and the newer one has some improvements. More powerful than the first one and equally light in weight. I like having the longer lasting battery, too. Also, the controls up higher on the handle are an improvement from the older version but occasionally my finger will inadvertently shut it off — maybe designers need to refine a bit. Expensive, but overall a good product. Wish your hardfloor product were a better performer. Get a really good product designer to work on that. I have two but really wish performance was better.

We have had the Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet Cordless Vacuum for about a month now and love it. We bought the heavy duty battery so the vacuum may be a little heavier than the one with the regular battery but it is not really a problem. I can vacuum our 1800 sq. Ft home that has both carpet and wood floors and only use half the battery life. The head of the vacuum goes under tables and furniture with ease and yet stands alone when not in use. The feature most important to me is the HEADLIGHT especially vacuuming the wood floors; you can easily see every crumb. I wouldn't trade it for anything. Thank you Hoover. I love your vacuum.
