We live in the Maritimes and have iron rich water. Even with a water conditioner we go through a higher than average number of shower heads. We normally buy them at a big box store for the same price as this one and they're okay. But looking at this one and seeing the pressure promises, I had to try it. We're on a well so good water pressure is something that only happens in my dreams.The shower head arrived and I was kind of surprised, pleased, to see that it was larger than I expected and larger than all our old ones. It came complete with the plumbers tape (which is garbage by the way). It felt like decent quality, comparable to our old ones, and installed alright with no leaks. As I said though, the tape is garbage.I noticed when I installed it and my spouse noticed right away after it was installed, that it sits high. When we put our shower in I raised the showerhead up a few extra inches because I'm tall. My spouse isn't but they always managed without complaints or issues. With this showerhead adding a few more inches, I was expecting problems but hoped for the best.My spouse had the first shower. Afterward they said three things - first, it's awesome, second, there are a couple of settings on it where you don't even need soap because the force of the water will sandblast the dirt off and third, remind them to duck when they place it back in the cradle after taking it down to use if the water is still on. Apparently they're the exact wrong height and got a face full of water during that part. Nothing a little scream didn't deal with and according to them, operator error, nothing to downrate it over.My experience was much the same, minus the water in the face. It made for truly enjoyable shower. It's been a while since we had that kind of water pressure or since I've had a nice relaxing shower experience and I don't plan on going back to the old ones.This is an excellent showerhead for the money. It's everything it claims to be and more. I'm happy to give it 5 stars (but you might want to have your own plumbers tape handy).

The media could not be loaded. This shower head, hose, and bracket is very good option if you are looking to for a new shower head. The shower head itself is made of a durable plastic and has 6 different spray settings to chose from. The rectangular shower head is about 4" by 4.75" which makes it seem larger than the round shower head I was replacing. The hose is about 57 inches long and appears to be a good quality stainless steel that is very flexible and does not kink at all. This system also includes a bracket that screws onto the shower arm. This is my favorite system for attaching a bracket that holds the shower head. I much prefer this to the adhesive ones that have to sick on the shower wall somewhere. This package also includes Teflon tape to wrap around the fittings to prevent leakage.The 6 different spray settings will provide more than enough options. This shower head has a unique system for changing the spray settings. Instead of turning a plate on the face of the shower head, this shower head has a simple tab that navigates through the spray settings each time you press it. This makes it extremely easy to change the spray settings with one hand, even if you are holding the shower head. It was simple to press this tab with my thumb while holding the shower head with my right hand or by using my index finger if I was holding the shower head with my left hand. I found that there was really good pressure on the shower spray setting. If you want even more pressure, you can choose the power massage setting that blasts water out of just the middle portion of the shower head. Note that this shower head does not have a shut off to stop the flow of water if you wish to conserve water while showering.Installation was a breeze. Simply unscrew the old shower head, then screw the bracket onto the shower arm. Then screw one end of the hose onto the bracket and screw the other end of the hose to the shower head. Note that you can wrap some of the provided Teflon tape around the threads at each connection point to help prevent water leakage. I especially like how each end of the hose already has a plastic washer and there were caps screwed into the ends to keep the washers in place and to keep particles out of the hose during packaging and transport. There was also a cap on the end of the shower head for the same reason.This shower head and hose combination is a 5 star rating for me. I would prefer it had a shut off to stop the flow of water when showering, but the rest of the system is so good, I am not removing a star for that.
