Just add a little oil like the instructions say, and you are good to go. I love to cook, and a good way to test if a pan is non-stick is add an egg to see if it sticks. These pans are truly non-stick. It's cooks evenly. They are very durable. The two-tone color is beautiful. I will be using this collection for years to come. I'm already looking into adding to this collection that's how awesome they are. GreenPan works. I'm already planning what to cook next. Very, very happy!

This set also comes with a non abrasive sponge to help you clean the pans. Cooking rice was super easy in the largest pan since the heat was evenly distributed. Soup also came out great the the big pot. After two washes the set still looks brand new.
