I purchased this lap desk for illustrating, and attached a clip-on LED lamp to the edge of the work surface. I’m able to plug the lamp into the USB power bank, and finally achieve the bright, even, mobile light I was looking for. The pen rest works great as a phone stand.

I was eyeballing this every time I went to Target and wanted it but didn't want to spend $ for another possible thing that I would buy and not use. So when my father-in-law gave me a gift card for Christmas. I ran to my Target and was very disappointed that they were sold out. I left the store empty handed (when does that happen?!!) Later that day I went online and bought it (never shop on Target online). When I received it, I found that not only was it a lap desk but it came with a charging battery. 🤯🥰 I love this thing for my laptop, journal, scrapbooking and more. My husband even uses it with his Surface Pro (anyone who has one knows who it's challenging when trying to stabalize that thing on your lap sitting). Best purchase of 2024 so far.

Pretty design and very aesthetic but will not charge a laptop! The battery pack is only capable of charging a phone.
