I unpacked a new Bissell Vac from it's factory sealed carton. I was delighted to receive what turned out to be a great buy. As far as the machine's performance, it does its job as intended and I'm satisfied. The only irritation it's hard for my wife to push unlike our old self propelled Hoover. Now she is delighted that our three carpeted rooms will be ON MY Honey Do list ;-)

Needed a new vacuum, didn't realize how much I did until I started using the new vacuum. Old one was making noises, thought it was still working. It wasn't picking up everything it should have. Bought this "open box" version, worked like it was absolutely new.
