I meassured the laptop and it was 12.1 instead of 14.1.Maybe ruller measurement is wrong or your measurements is different. I'm not to sure it is the laptop that I ordered. I am still living at this address and I am renting. The computer seems to work good. I do not have internet yet, but I am going to exchange to another computer so please send to me another computer that I will choose with all the information pamphlets inside my new order. Be aware that this has Windows 7. There will be costs in upgrading to Windows 10. Regarding speed and memory, by today's standards this computer will appear to be slow. However, at this price point, it's worth experimenting with.

My grandson uses it it was his christmas present

I received my unit a day earlier than expected , it was in beautiful condition with NO visible flaws and was better than the ad said it would be.I had some questions about the unit and the crew at TANGA answered my e-mail and answered my questions and then followed up on it to make sure I was OK with their assistance. I will purchase from the company again if the need arises which I'm sure it will due to the wide range of products they sell.
