[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child was actually sick when I received this so I was able to try it out with sterile saline to help clear his sinuses. I was very surprised at how well it worked, how simple it was and how quickly he was decongested. It was almost completely silent as well and is smaller than I thought it’d be, definitely portable.

This one is almost completely silent except for a spraying sound like when you have an aerosol that's almost run out. No motor sound or vibration. The instructions were a little lacking for me. The button on the back that says "push", you push that then slide the clear top off the front. The ml lines on the clear top are REALLY tiny but the top is small so it's understandable. the top is easy to open, just flip the hinge lock. It says keep it upright to avoid leaking but there's a silicone ring in the flip lid so it didn't leak when I held it upside down. It took me some experimenting to get it to work right. I noticed that the liquid can collect on the mesh which prevents it from spraying at all. To fix that I blew at it like when you try to blow away lint and then it would work. Oh it has two settings - high& fast or low& slow. This arrived at the perfect time! I have a 2 month old baby with a very stuffy nose, to the point she couldn't feed or use her pacifier because she couldn't breathe. The mask fit her face a little big but I was able to fit her pacifier inside. It also comes with a diffuser if the mask is small or your kid won't tolerate it. You can see that the mask fits over my nose and mouth, though. I added 4ml of saline. After a few minutes on high& fast, definitely not the 10 it runs for, I stopped it. She sneezed twice and I saw her nose was cleared. I only used half the saline between figuring out the controls and holding it for her. I really didn't know anything about nebulizers before trying this but I'm really glad I got it. It's much easier to clear baby's congestion than with saline spray/drops and I can use it on the whole family because of the attachments. It's also great that it's so small and quiet so I can take it with me and use it discreetly any time.

I'm a mom of 2, and both kids go through seasonal allergies and illnesses. I use the nasal saline for children, and it really helps with cycling their cold through. I wish I had it sooner when my oldest was born.

After a late evening trip to urgent care, our daughter was prescribed breathing treatments for a croupy cough and chest congestion. No specialty pharmacies were open to get a nebulizer machine. I found this online, picked it up at 9:30pm and am so thankful for it. It is so small, doesn’t make any noise, was fully charged and ready to go. The mask fit my 5 year old just fine.
