Easy to charge, took about 2 hours, and works great with remote control. A little difficult to steer (toggle is not very big) and the sound button doesn't always produce sound when pressed but the walking action is outstanding - the legs move rapidly up and down and really look a lot like a spider walking. The spider itself is very attractive, too, and well-built. My 9 year old grandson was quite impressed, played with it here for awhile then took it home (my apartment is carpeted, so it only worked in the small kitchen. His house has all tile floors). Such a lot of fun at such a low price - I love it.
