I was surpirsed how much support this neck pillow provides. The memory foam is firm, yet soft and comfortable - exactly what a neck pillow should be! Also, I really like the draw string because it helps solidify the neck pillow in place.

I travel a lot and I am "that person" who must have a neck pillow. I use the pillow multple ways depending on the plane seat and the length of the flight. For that reason, I have tried many pillows and I find this one works well for all uses. The contour works well when used in the "neck brace" way and allows you to rest your head on the sides. It also works well when used in the upright "halo" position-keeping your head more upright, and from rolling to either side. I use either depending on if the seat has those "flaps" to help hold your head. I also use it for lumbar support on shorter flights, where I am not trying to sleep/rest or when I am working on my lap top or even watching a movie. GREAT all around pillow that makes the flight experience more relaxing and enjoyable.
