Last week’s rebus contest was quite a success. Apparatus and Philana traded rebus blows with Apparatus barely edging Philana after last week’s guest judge, my magic 8-ball, returned an answer of “outlook not so good” when I asked “do you think Philana will go on a date with me?” Sorry, Philana, but them’s the breaks :) You can see last week’s winning entry here and the two runners up here and here.

OK, so we’ve done classic works of literature, actors and actresses, and movies: what now? This week, we’ll do cities from around the world, but I’m running out of ideas fast. Let me solicit your suggestions for future rebus contest subjects. Obligatory rebus example:

This week’s guest judge is my good friend and fellow Tanga user pcox82, who will obviously be excluded from the competition. I haven’t asked him to help judge yet, so here’s to hoping.
