Tanga.com Loyalty Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Tanga.com Loyalty Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Program is free and open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Tanga.com reserves the right to limit or exclude any individual from participation in the Program at its sole discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
2. Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on Tanga.com and provide valid and accurate information. By enrolling, you agree to receive communications related to the Program via email or other channels as determined by Tanga.com.
3. Earning Points
Members can earn points (“Points”) through qualifying purchases and activities as specified by Tanga.com. The number of Points earned for each activity will be determined by Tanga.com and is subject to change at any time without notice. Points will be credited to your account within a reasonable time after the qualifying purchase or activity.
3.1 Qualifying Purchases
Qualifying purchases include, but are not limited to, the purchase of eligible products and services on Tanga.com. Tanga.com reserves the right to determine which purchases qualify for Points.
3.2 Exclusions
Points will not be earned on taxes, shipping charges, or other fees. Points cannot be earned on purchases made with promotional vouchers or gift cards unless otherwise specified.
4. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or other benefits as offered by Tanga.com. The availability and selection of rewards are subject to change without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.1 Redemption Process
To redeem Points, you must log into your Tanga.com account and select the desired reward. Follow the instructions provided to complete the redemption process.
4.2 Point Deductions
Points will be deducted from your account at the time of redemption. Once Points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be reversed, and Points cannot be refunded.
5. Points Expiration and Forfeiture
Points will expire [insert expiration period, e.g., one year] from the date they are earned unless redeemed. Tanga.com reserves the right to forfeit any Points if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
6. Modification and Termination
Tanga.com reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the Program, including the earning and redemption structure, benefits, and these Terms, at any time and for any reason, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to adjust the Points required to redeem rewards and to withdraw or limit the availability of any reward.
7. Privacy
By participating in the Program, you agree to Tanga.com’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Tanga.com may collect, use, and share your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Tanga.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
9. Fraud and Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all Points. Tanga.com reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanga.com, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your participation in the Program; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Program; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Program by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Program.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tanga.com, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, any breach of these Terms, or any violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and your participation in the Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Tanga.com to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tanga.com regarding your participation in the Program, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Tanga.com with respect to the Program.
