[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Below average coffee machine. Buttons aren’t responsive, the keep warm button hardly works. The dial for the sizing of your coffee isn’t accurate. Selected 8oz and only filled up my 8 oz cup half way. The reservoir tank is a nice feature. The pot and overall look is nice. We will be trying the over ice and cold brew option soon.

Have had it for three weeks only and it seems ok just overpriced. Nothing especial, coffee is hot but too smooth in my opinion. Had to put extra coffee than usual to “taste” the coffee even when bold is selected. To top it off Target has it $30 less than what I paid 3 weeks ago but can request price match because it’s over 2 weeks that I purchased it.

The buttons are sensitive, the time setting is weird, and if it doesn’t give a heads up when it needs cleaning. And the cleaning cycle is a pain that you have to babysit by making sure it doesn’t run out of water and dumping the pot. If you’re like me, I want my coffee when I either scheduled it to brew, or I hit the dang button. I don’t have time to be surprised by a 23 minute cleaning cycle most mornings. Additionally the digital clock lost some of the lights, so I could not read it about 2 years in. After 4 years it has thrown another code that I just can’t seem to clear, and I will not purchase another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok. I’m a lover of coffee, so I was super excited about this. It is a trust the process machine. It is a Beautiful aesthetically, pleasing machine. there are features on it that I love like the fact that you can put the water tank easily accessible in my fridge water Spicket. I love the fact that you can choose different sizes of coffee. As for the brewing process, I am disappointed the first couple times I filled the grounds as instructed with 10 scoops of coffee. I think I did a little less the first time after brewing and I went to empty them they’re everywhere they get everywhere. The process for the coffee takes appropriate the appropriate time but it drips. I have to make sure when I pull the craft out that I don’t get coffee drain on the warmer plate and the warmer plate does not stay on for more than a few minutes. I’m not sure if it’s a setting. I’m gonna try to give it more time but I’ve brewed every day for over a week so I’m unsure for the price point. I would probably not recommend it, aesthetically absolutely. As for the coffee itself, it was fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love coffee! The Braun MultiServe Plus coffee maker is definitely a multi purpose machine. I read the measurements for the various cup sizes and decided to try a k cup amount of grounds. Using the smaller size of the measuring spoon, a k cup holds approximately 3 small scoops. The manual for using the machine is a bit of a hard read since it has three languages and they run side by side on the page. I set the machine up according to the instructions and inserted the filter in the water tank. I chose the 5 oz for a quick cup. It takes a bit longer to brew than a k cup machine. The flavor was excellent on the “gold” setting. I just used the re-usable filter. By the time I added my creamer the coffee was only lukewarm. I was disappointed it got cold so fast. The lower temperature is great if you’re doing cold brew, but a little frustrating if you want a hot cup. Overall, it has a lot of brewing options and makes great tasting coffee and works great if you’re looking to make more cold brew than hot coffee.

I got this coffee make less than a year ago. Yesterday the auto in feature stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok coffee maker but wish it got hotter. The hot plate doesn't turn on every time so I'm unsure. Also the drip stop is annoying becuase it pours out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the coffee maker for all the options that it has, especially the cold brew and iced coffee. The issue that I had was the carafe leaks each time I use it. I’ve pressed down to make sure it’s secure, even slightly wiggled it to make it more secure. It still leaks. I’ve just been using the cup option until I buy a replacement carafe.
