Just installed today. So far very soft lighting along my deck rails and steps. Surprised the ease of installation which includes two-way tape along with small screws. So far I like what I see. They are not super bright at all, just a dimmer of light as to not over power the look.

We had just finished our floating ground level deck enhancing the patio and lanscaping. We wanted some accent lighting for looks and a little light to see. I am very picky but knew what I was after for the looks. Couldn't find anything, believe me I looked at many possible solutions. (Over 100) These lights popped up on site I use to save money. The hefty discount was nice but skeptical because of how much of discount. I pulled the trigger and ordered. I was shocked when these arrived. They are perfect, didn't know that when I ordered. I placed the lights on the edges of the deck. The lights served exactly what I wanted. I started securing and realized the deck still needed the protection stain. Overall the lights exceeded my expectations and will serve our purpose more than envisioned. This product probably deserves a 5☆ but do not know how long they will last. The discount was nice, but full price they are worth it too. I can update my rating once the lights have been installed for a period of time.

I unwrapped them all, removed the plastic shim and put them in the sun to charge. 14 worked right out of the box, thinking two just needed charged. One was completely dead, the other's light would flash on if tapped.

I am a little disappointed in these, guess I misunderstood the description. I wanted color changing lights, which these are, but I didn't realize you don't get to change your choice of what color is on. They just cycle automatically so they are all on a different color. I wanted to be able to choose a color or put on multi? Oh well.

** update, love these but a year later they don't work.. want to open them up and see if there is a battery or something I can change out. I have other solar things going on 5 years, one year doesn't seem long enough at all. (2020 )I got these today, charged them in the front yard and then placed in back yard. They do offer a good amount of light. I think I am going to by another pack. We have just moved so we have to build the yard and stuff for the dogs but think these will work out good for what we need. I like the price of these and how many came in the kit. They come with screws and wall type anchors. If I find out we dont like I will change my review but I like them so far and might buy another pack already. They look clean and neat and are not big and bulky
