The instructions say that you should soak it for 5 minutes in water. The result? A muddy mess with flimsy cheap tools that the kids struggled to use to remove the dinosaurs. I don't know why I keep buying these cheap gifts when all I'm going to get is cheap results.

This was definitely not what I expected. We had to place the egg in water and it was VERY messy.

We had to throw it multiple times on the ground to get it to even crack. My son was 3 and had a good time but it was quite annoying and not worth the mess or hassle

We had a lot of fun with this product. However, we only received 10 out of the 12 dinosaurs that was supposed to be inside. Other than that, our two year old son loved digging out the dinosaurs.

My son really wanted this for Christmas after seeing it in a catalog. It made a huge mess outside, lasted for about 10 minutes, and the resulting dinosaurs were nothing special. Steer your kid toward something different.
