I was very pleased with this item until it just completely died after six months. It was an excellent toaster oven/air fryer. It was my first air fryer and I loved that feature. But in the middle of baking a frozen pizza it just stopped working. Yes, I tried different outlets, even checked the breaker box, and nothing! Reached out to Cuisinart, since they advertise a 3 year warranty and have not heard back from them. So disappointed!

Worked very well when it did work. Used it regularly to make pizza. The problem was that it stopped working out of the blue randomly after 3 months. I was midway through cooking a steak when it turned off and never turned on again. Seeing that it happened to others, it's some kind of massive and consistent defect. It's not worth the purchase unless you have a redcard and have a bigger return window in case you want to try it. It's just not reliable in the long term, and that's dissapointing.

After 3 months of using this toaster oven I still have not figured out how not to burn everything. The temperatures are at least 150 to 250 degrees off. If you set anything at the recommended temp settings, the outside is burned and the inside is still raw. This is especially the case with the regular "BAKE" temp settings. The "Air Fry" setting is a little better but the recommended cook times are at least 10 minutes too long resulting again in burnt food.

This is my third brand of toaster oven and the worst yet. I thought that Cuisinart would be a superior brand but I was wrong. The BAKE temps are at least 150 to 250 degrees off. Even at 250 things burn on the outside and is raw on the inside. It seems to BROIL everything instead of BAKE. The AIR FRY setting is only slightly better. I tried for 2 months to gage the settings and times thinking it must be operator error but NO, it's a poorly functioning machine...I give up! It's going back.

Worked for 11 months then literally caught on fire in the back of it!! So thankful we were still in the kitchen when it started!

Although it looks great and heats up extremely fast, there is no middle rack, so your items are either on the bottom and get burned from the bottom or on the top and get burnt from the top. And there’s no on or off button only a timer dial. It’s designed more like a toaster oven than anything else. I actually was disappointed with this purchase, especially since Cuisinart is known for its small kitchen appliances. I returned this item..

Convenient but hard to clean and rusts. I've used for about 6 months. Used it mainly for quick things, not full meals. After awhile it got harder and harder to clean especially with the heating guards on the way. No matter if I cleaned it immediately after use, things just stick. Main concern was the rusting. Obviously there is a level of condensation with cooking frozen foods but it couldnt handle it I suppose. No longer safe to use.

Ordered this Product online from Shipt didn’t get a chance to see how the product worked. I decided to return it due to being over price.Target and Shipt Neither one resolved the issue and was going back-and-forth on it with me even after speaking to several people and the manager also having me to send pictures in of the price. I will not use Shipt thru Target again due to over price and poor customer service it was very time consuming for me without a proper resolution .

Great when it's on a high sale (got mine for $99) and you don't expect to keep it for too long. Trying to deep clean is impossible and because of that it will start to smoke up. After a few months I already want to replace it with a better one.

I'm very unhappy with my purchase. If it had said that it had timer function I wouldn't have bought it. The timers aren't even high quality. The machine works great now. What am I supposed to do when the timers wear out?
