Deliver to an address 200 miles away

I'm sure the product is nice but Amazon won't allow me to go past the "exchange" mode. And there is no way to actually communicate with Amazon to rectify this so this is not a comment about the product, but how I bought something through Amazon and they are hiding behind a wall hoping I'll just go away, or maybe it is the holidays and they are overwhelmed.

Strap dug into my foot

Starting falling apart after 5 months. Bought these before and they held up well. This pair did not last and the foot support is very lacking.

I just opened the box and they are to big was a gift I want to exchange for a smaller size Gonna report you won’t let me exchange

the over the top strap and velcro need to be at least 2 inches longer if not a bit more. I have a high instep so it may work for you as it is but not me.

I bought these sandals for my husband because he loves Dockers footwear but these men's sandals are not comfortable, barely any cushion and no heel support. I was surprised at the level of his discomfort and first day wear he got a blister and for the price of these sandals I was surprise myself. I will NOT buy these again.

At first I was impressed with fit etc. After walking on them I developed blister on both feet just below my big toes. Had to send them back. My tevas that are of similar style are the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned

The cheap plastic buckle broke the first time I wore them.
