I love this vacuum it's a powerhouse at an affordable price. We have three dogs, two short-haired Rotties and a long-haired Aussie who sheds like crazy. My house is usually flowing with tumbleweeds and I vacuum twice a day in the summer. This vacuum was able to get the hair out of my stair treads and over my hardwood floors without pushing them around like my old vacuum. I recommend this vacuum to anyone with dogs.

Love the self cleaning brushroll! I was a little skeptical at first, but after vacuuming my entire house (I have long hair and two dogs) I checked out the brushroll to see if it really did what it claimed, I was happy to see it was completely free of hair! Also, the suction was great! I upgraded from an older Shark that I’d had for years, and was surprised by how much more hair and dirt this new vacuum picked up. Only thing I wasn’t super happy about was it was a little hard to maneuver when vacuuming a shaggy rug. You can adjust the suction power and that did help, but I hated that I had to sacrifice suction so I could move better. On less shaggy carpets and hardwoods, it was great, though. Also, it came with 3 accessories, but only 2 places on the vacuum itself to store them. And I had a pet upholstery tool from my previous Shark that did not fit on this vacuum hose, which was a little disappointing. But overall, a great vacuum!

We purchased the "Shark ZU62 Navigator Zero-M Self-Cleaning Brushroll Pet Pro Upright Vacuum, Pewter Grey Metallic" in May of 2020. This was after purchasing a Dirt Devil & Bissel vacuum (which were both crap after about a year. The Bissel got so loud we had to wear ear defenders until the replacement arrived). The shark is little top heavy as described but not burdensome. Simply, it's a vacuum, but it actually does what it's designed to do. Eighteen months later it's still going strong with not a single issue. I have no complaints. We clean the filters roughly every six months, they are easy to get to. Wow, something that actually works and you don't feel ripped off, go figure.

Literally the best vacuum I've ever owned! I can't say enough good things about this vacuum!!! I use it every day! If you have any questions, I will answer them all!!! The suction is phenomenal! The maneuverability is outstanding! It DOES NOT clog up, OR, if something does get stuck in the roller, the roller will shut off, a red warning light will come on, turn the vacuum off, flip it up to expose the rollers, there are 3 large plastic screws you turn to unluck the covering, remove the debris, put the covering back on, and you are back in business!!! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! I love this vacuum! And yes, I have used a Dyson at work for years...and there is NO comparison, this Shark blows Dyson out of the water!!! This is the best!!!

This vacuum does exactly as it’s advertised: no hair wrap!! None at all! And I’ve always had my vacuums be wrapped completely in hair after a few short uses, so this is a huge game changer. It’s very much worth the cost. It’s a little on the heavy side I’m terms of turning it on carpet, but you’ll get used to it! It does well on any surface so far, either the flat vinyl in my kitchen and laundry room, and my kind of high pile carpet in my living room and bedroom. Definitely get this vacuum if hair warping has been a problem with your other vacuums, you will not regret it!

I had a 12 year old vacuum that just was not doing the job. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. We are true pet lovers! That being said, while I love my animals....I do not like a messy house! I decided to bit the bullet and invest in a new vacuum cleaner. I did a lot of research and reading of reviews before I made my decision. I am so happy I picked the Shark Navigator Zero. It is amazing!!!! And the self cleaning roller actually works! I have not had to dig fur out of it once. I had vacuumed a day before I received my new Shark, I can't believe what was lurking in my area rugs!!! I thought my floors were clean and tidy. Boy was I wrong. With the new Shark, I am happy to say my area rugs and carpets are now actually clean once again! I highly recommend this vacuum, especially if you have pets!

Let me say right off that this is a great machine. Pet hair is my main problem and this does very well at picking it up but also has a great self clearing feature for the brush. The hair being vacuumed is between 1 inch and 3 inches so i can’t say all hair will be the same but i have used it about 20 times and it works great. I like the big canister and the wand is already long so i don’t need to put another section on. The crevice tool has a cool brush attached if i need it just slide it up and you are ready. Very clever feature. I also like the slow brush mode for hard flooring it doesn’t blow the dirt away but directs it into the vacuum area. This is a great value for the money. Glad i bought it.

My Dyson was amazing for 13 years, but when the motor in the spinner head went I debated fixing for $100 or purchasing a new vacuum. Having a dog that sheds I needed something powerful. This vacuum has exceeded my expectations and I cannot believe all of the hair and dirt being sucked up from my carpets. The Shark is more quiet than my Dyson as well. I have read reviews that this doesn’t last so I will update if anything fails but for now I am very happy with my purchase.

Let me start by saying that I never thought much about the brand/features of a vacuum cleaner and always went for affordable Dirt Devil models over the past 12 years. How wrong was I! The Shark Navigator Zero-M has unbelievable suction power, e.g. we had vacuumed the carpet a couple of days ago with our Dirt Devil (so it wasn't as if the carpet wasn't vacuumed for a long time), yet when the Shark Navigator went over the carpet it pulled out so much hairs and particles that it's 3XL dust cup was close to full! I also want to point out that this model is not necessarily meant for households with pets - we don't have any but with a fully carpeted home this product totally satisfies our essential need. The other frustration with previous low end vacuums was hairs getting stuck in the brush roll in just a few months. Thankfully, this product's self cleaning brush roll is completely revolutionary. We couldn't have been more happier about our purchase and to add a cherry on the top, we scored a Black Friday deal of $129.99! Safe to say, I'm switched to become a Shark loyalist for life!
